I will never buy a car from a regular dealership again. My entire experience at Carzignment was phenomenal—it was the smoothest, easiest, and most convenient car buying process I have ever experienced. I felt like Virginia was my personal shopper, friend, and concierge all rolled into one. She did it all! She loaned me the car overnight to see if I liked it, and she worked out all of the details behind the scenes. The next day, I told her I wanted to move forward and purchase the car, and we were able to take care of most of the arrangements electronically. I cannot recommend Carzignment enough—impeccable service, attention to detail, honest, ethical, fair, knowledgeable, etc. I was seriously wowed by how easy and streamlined this entire process was, and it never once felt like she was a salesperson simply trying to sell me something—only provide with me the best car, the best price, and the best service. It seriously changed my entire perception of the car buying experience—bc even with the best salespeople buying (and looking for a car) is still a fairly tedious and time-consuming process. It was precisely the opposite at Carzignment! So so impressed. And I can’t recommend them enough...go! Buy your car and sell your car here! Carzignment and Virginia are the best!
